in a while, we get to find out how we're doing...
So, I thought I'd share the following letter,
received from one of our Guests in July.
Mr. Hair Parra, VP of International Development
Subject: Review of Service for 07/14/2012
Dear Mr. Parra,
On Saturday July 14th, I ordered Wing Zone delivery for lunch. As soon as your employee picked up the phone, my service was flawless. This employee answered with great manners, listened to exactly what I ordered and repeated kindly after my order was done. He was exceptionally nice even when I completely changed my order after already placing an order. Overall, it was a very pleasant call where the employee was very nice and understanding.
To add to the good service, I was told I was to wait for about forty-five minutes for my wings. This wasnít the case; my wings were delivered within twenty minutes and again the employee was very polite while delivering my order. Even though the delivery employee didnít remember if I had ordered complimentary bleu cheese or ranch, he put in one of each making the service complete and impeccable. To finish off, the quality of the wings was great and made me want to order some more.
Thank you for your time and consideration as Iím writing this letter to compliment the awesome service provided to me by Wing Zone employees and Wing Zone delivery service on Saturday July 14th and will definitely order Wing Zone again.
